Web Summit Rio, the Brazilian version of one of the main technology and entrepreneurship events in the world, returns in 2024.
The second edition will take place less than a year after its debut in the country. Promising an even more impressive return, the expectation is to attract more than 30 thousand professionals in 2024 – almost 50% more than the 21 thousand registered in the previous year. Web Summit Rio is a unique opportunity to do business on a global scale and update your repertoire by following discussions and learning about innovative initiatives from different markets.
In 2024, Web Summit Rio will take place from April 15th to 18th and will continue in the same venue as its first edition, Riocentro, in Jacarepaguá, Rio de Janeiro. There are three main ticket categories for Web Summit Rio: general attendee, executive and chairperson. General attendee tickets have the lowest costs and are the most popular. They allow access to the entire main event program, from activations in the pavilions to content stages, in addition to access to the Night Summit (relaxed evening events for networking) and the event app.
What will determine whether you should opt for executive or chairperson tickets, in addition to your title at the company, is your interest in accessing the exclusive lounges for these tickets. However, if more than five people from your company are going to participate in the event, it is worth checking out the progressive discounts offered for groups. In addition to general tickets, investors also have their own category for individual or group tickets. The same happens with professionals who identify as female and who participate in Women in Tech, the event’s initiative to insert women into the technology market. When registered in the initiative’s network, the professional will have access to special discounts on tickets, with the right to a companion and access to an exclusive lounge at the event.

Schedule
The Web Summit Rio will have 4 days of official programming, both at Riocentro and in the spaces to be announced to host the Night Summits. But it’s important to know that the opening day schedule is centered solely on Center Stage. In other words, the conference with content distributed on different stages at Riocentro takes place from the second day of the event. To navigate the Web Summit Rio program, it is important to know that it is distributed across 19 thematic trails, called tracks.
Marketing, artificial intelligence, health, cryptocurrencies… There are hundreds of lectures from different tracks taking place simultaneously on different stages. The Web Summit Rio is intense, dynamic and can impress first-time professionals due to the amount of information that circulates through the corridors and stages. Therefore, it is important to go to the event with clear objectives and a curation of content that you plan to check out.
Congratulation!
